Polyester/Silk Printed Tie
The fabric that made the custom made printed necktie or logo printed necktie can be divided into polyester/microfibre and silk material. Polyester tie is an synthetic fabric that is blend of petroleum based product and cotton or wool. It is a complicated chemical blending process to produce the polyester tie. There are many advantages of using polyester material, this including the price of the polyester is almost half the price of the silk material, wrinkle free and polyester material is far more easy to clean than natural silk material.
Silk printed tie is made with industrial silk worm with complicated process. Silk material is smooth, elegant and classy. Silk material is very suitable for printing because its absorb the dye very well, resulting the printed surface is rich color with shiny effect.
We can custom made the tie to specific required color, customers have to provide us the pantone color code for this purpose. However, the color cannot be 100% match. It will be similar but not same. The standard length of the custom made tie is 148cm long and 9.0cm width. We can also offer tie with custom length and width. Minimum order quantity is 100pcs only.
